My name is Richard Brown. I am one of the Special Education Teachers here at Brook Avenue Elementary, and this is my second year with Waco ISD. I have been teaching since 2017.  I am new to the Special Education Team and I am looking forward to working with the students I will be serving and I believe that this will be a good year and we will see our children make growth in their educational paths.

I am Cari McNally and I am one of the Special Education Teachers here at Brook Avenue Elementary.

I have been with Waco ISD for 24 years.  I was a counselor with Waco ISD for the past 23 years.  

Special Education has always been a passion of mine.  Advocating for and helping students/families with disabilities is important to me.  I believe all students should be loved, cared for and pushed to do their best.. Encouraging/fostering/facilitating academic and social/emotional growth is what I will strive to do for all of my students.
